The GEL block is a block that acts like a trampoline; if the wheel jumps on it, it will bounce it. However, falling from a distance will make it go higher (approximately returning the wheel halfway the distance it fell). If you jump while falling onto this block, you will bounce even higher up. There is a cap for how high you can jump on a gel block if you didn't fall on it first.
